How to Reset Logitech Zone Vibe 100 Headphones

Follow this guide to reset your Logitech wireless headset and fix Bluetooth pairing, connection or audio problems.

Logitech Zone Vibe 100 Reset Instructions

  1. Make sure the headphones have enough battery power and switch them on.
  2. Locate the Call Answer/End button and the Volume Down button.
  3. Press and hold both buttons simultaneously for approximately five seconds.
  4. Release the buttons after the headset indicator responds.
  5. Wait a few seconds for the reset process to finish.
  6. Open the Bluetooth settings on your computer, smartphone or tablet.
  7. Remove or forget the previous Logitech Zone Vibe 100 connection.
  8. Put the headphones into Bluetooth pairing mode and connect them again.
Important: Resetting the headphones removes the existing connection information. You may need to pair the headset again with every device you previously used.

  1. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device.
  2. Place the Zone Vibe 100 into Bluetooth pairing mode.
  3. Select Logi Zone Vibe 100 from the list.
  4. Wait until the device reports that it is connected.

After pairing, check that the Zone Vibe 100 is selected as both the output speaker and input microphone in your application.

Still Not Working?

Charge the headset, restart the computer or phone, remove the old Bluetooth pairing and try again. Also check for available firmware or device updates through Logitech's supported software.
